Boston While Black Partners with Bain Capital to Support Black Employees,  Professionals and Entrepreneurs Throughout Greater Boston

Boston, MA: Boston While Black (or “BWB”) today welcomed Bain Capital, a global private investment firm founded in Boston in 1984, as a corporate partner and equity champion.

The benefits of this new partnership include:

  • Boston While Black community memberships to Bain Capital’s Black employees, thereby connecting them to a larger network of Black professionals and engaging them in the city in which they work and live.
  • Enhance Bain Capital’s culture and belonging efforts and support the firm’s Black at Bain Capital Employee Network through original Boston While Black programs and events.
  • Support recruitment of Black Bostonians into the alternative investment industry, including sharing job opportunities with the 600+ BWB community.
